Cogswell Tower is located in Scotia Square's north-west section, which is located at the corner of Barrington and Duke Streets.

Parking within Scotia Square is accessible from Market St. or off the Cogswell St. ramp to the north (the ramp is one-way heading east).

The Tower can be accessed from it's front entrance just left of the front entrance of the Delta Halifax Hotel, or within Scotia Square Mall at the north end of the lower mall.
